De-tanning Natural pack:

There is two-step to this. First is an exfoliating scrub for the hands.
- Exfoliating scrub ingredients- One big lemon, one tablespoon of baking soda or baking powder. Another scrub can be used which is equally effective that is scrub with three tablespoons of coconut oil mixed with three tablespoons of coffee powder. Mixed it well to get a scrub like consistency and then keep it aside.
- Instant tan removal pack ingredients: An empty bowl, five tablespoons of ground flour or chickpea flour, three tablespoons of white Kaolin clay or bentonite clay.
How to use it?
Wash your hands with lukewarm water and then exfoliate your hands with the exfoliating scrub that is mentioned above. Gently massage the scrub on your hands in circular motions for two to three minutes straight and then rinse off with lukewarm water. After completing the first step, follow up with the next step.
Apply a thick coat of the pack all over your hands all the way up to the shoulders. Then let it rest for seven to eight minutes. This pack dries instantly. It hardly takes about seven to eight minutes to dry completely. After the pack has dried, wash it with cool water and then pat your arms dry.

Some of the quick and handy remedies
1. Potato juice:
Potato is excellent bleaching that helps to clear your skin and remove tan with every use. The only ingredient required here is a potato. After extracting the juice from potato, apply the juice all over the affected area. Let it dry for about twenty minutes. Then wash your arms with warm water and dry your arms with a towel.
2. Lemon juice with salt:
Lemon is a very common bleaching agent and is well known to remove tan for decades now. Here we just need to cut a medium size lemon into half then add a pinch of salts over the pieces.
After this take the pieces and rub it over your tanned area for at least five minutes. Then wash your arms with cold water and dry it with a clean towel. Not only lemon but the sodium added to it also helps in the skin whitening. Sodium is also an excellent scrubbing agent. This mix removes the dead cells from the skin and makes it soft and smooth.
3. Tomato juice and curd:
Mix tomato juice and curd in proportions to make a thick paste and then apply it all over your hand. Leave the paste for about 15-20 minutes and then wash it off with cold water.
Tomato juice is a great bleaching agent which is loaded with antioxidants that helps in skin brightening and removal of tan.
4. The paste of ground flour:
Take gram flour in required proportions along with a tablespoon of turmeric powder and mix it well with milk to form it into a thick paste.
Apply the paste all over the affected areas. Leave the paste on for fifteen to twenty minutes and then wash it off with cold water. For better results use it daily once.
5. Orange peel paste:
Take orange peel and grind it to make it powder and then mix it with mil to form it into a thick paste. Apply the same all over your arms and shoulders and leave it to dry for about fifteen to twenty minutes. Wash your arms with cold water and dry it with a towel.
6. Sandalwood oil
Mix sandalwood oil along with almond oil and rub it on your affected areas for about 10 minutes and leave it for about fifteen minutes. Then wash your arms with cold water and dry it with a towel. This method is very useful for individuals with dry and flaky skins.
