How to connect Alexa to WiFi with the app

If you want to set up a new amazon echo device, then you need to use the Alexa application
to connect to wifi.

1. Open the Alexa app on your iPhone, or Android phone.

2. Sign in to your account with your credentials.

3. In the bottom toolbar, you will see the Device name. Tap on Devices.

4. After that, Tap on Echo and Alexa option.

5. Select your device which you want to connect to.

6. Next to Wifi Network, select Change, then select your network and enter your WiFi
credentials.

How to connect Alexa to WiFi without the app

You can use the web browser like Firefox, Safari, or Edge to set up a new device.
The Google Chrome will not work for set-up.

1. Type alexa.amazon.com on your browser and log in to your account.

2. Click on the Settings option in the left sidebar.

3. Click on Set up a new device option under the Devices..

4. Select the device which you want to connect.

5. Turn on your Amazon device. The ring light should be orange.

6. Select your available WiFi network.

7. Click on the Continue in the browser.

8. Select the available network which you want to connect to and enter the credentials.

How to change WiFi on Alexa?

1. Open your Alexa app on your iPhone, or Android mobile phone.

2. Tap on Devices.

3. Select your device.

4. Tap on the WiFi network and then tap Change.

5. A message on screen will see if your amazon device is plugged in and displaying an
orange light. If you do not see the orange light, then push and hold the Action button on your
amazon device until the orange light will show.

6. Your alexa app should now show a list of available WiFi networks. Tap on your wifi
network which you want to use.
